Grounded & Growin' LLC provides nature based occupational therapy services and play groups exclusively outdoors. The research to support the importance of outdoor play in childhood in extensive and I have seen the positive impacts of outdoor play on my own children. We are passionate about allowing children the opportunity to experience the benefits of time in nature through our carefully designed outdoor play space that promotes balance, coordination, socialization, creativity, fine and gross motor skill development, teamwork, cooperation, emotional regulation, and so much more. Inclusion is at the heart of what we do and our programs are multi-age and for individuals of all abilities.
